We are a UK basecd business which buys and sells electronic items such as computers, components, games consoles, phones and tablets. We also sell games, and offer a repair service.

We stand by our strict policies and procedures which allow us to buy and sell only the highest quality electronics.

Because of this our store policy is to offer a year warrenty on all of our items* and also a 48 hour no fuss returns policy if you change your mind.

*Our one year warrenty consists of: 28 days from the point of sale to be entitled to a full cash refund if the item was sold in faulty condition (damages by the user are not covered by the warrenty) after 28 days there will be the 11 month and 4 day warrenty which if the item is damaged or faulty by no failt of the user we will either try to repair the itme or offer a in store voucher for the current sale value of the original item so that a replacement can be brought.
As we are an exchange store, damaging to mobile phone casing would not warrent a refund.
Unlocking any of our phones which are locked to a network will void the warrenty as there is a small risk of damaging or bricking many phones in the unlocking process.
